Payment and Cancellation

You will be charged for the entire amount of your stay as soon as the owner of the timeshare week has accepted your reservation. You can either choose to pay your vacation rental with Bank transfer or via Paypal® (+4%).

Whether the reservation is 7 days or 7 months away, we hold the payment until 24 hours after check-in before giving it to the owner of the timeshare week. This hold gives both parties time to make sure that everything is as expected.

Our cancellation policy implemented means that all prepayments are non refundable. If you decide to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded. If your reservation request isn’t accepted, there’s of course no cost for the reservation or any service fees.

Reservation Confirmed and Check-in

Now that you’ve successfully booked your stay, the Resort will send to the original owner of the timeshare week a written confirmation in your name, mentioning the arrival and departure dates, the number of bedrooms in your apartment and all other information needed for your check-in at the Resort front desk.

Check-in is anytime after 4pm, directly at the Resort’s front desk. If you arrive earlier, the Resort can provide you with a changing room and luggage lockers within the Spa so you and your family can enjoy the facilities until your villa/apartment became available.

A Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. No re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit is permitted.
