Payment and Cancellation
Now that you’ve successfully filled out this reservation form, we’ll forward you the invoice corresponding to the total amount of your stay.
Payment can be made by:
– Direct bank transfer into our Spanish business bank account in Euros;
– Credit or debit card in Euros (3% fee) via a secure online system; we do not take card details over the phone.
Once we are in receipt of your payment, we will coordinate every details with the Resort and send you the written confirmation of reservation. The Marriott confirmation will be in your name, mentioning the arrival and departure dates, the number of bedrooms in your apartment and all other information needed for your check-in at the Resort front desk.
Our cancellation policy implemented means that all prepayments are non refundable if cancelled more than 1 day after booking. If you decide to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Check-in is anytime after 16:00 CET, directly at the Resort’s front desk. If you arrive earlier, the Resort can provide you with a changing room and luggage lockers within the Spa so you and your family can enjoy the Resort facilities until your villa/apartment became available.
A Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in.
